The important thing is to pick a theme that suits your project both immediately and for the future. Picking a theme shouldn’t be something you rush into.

One of the best features of WordPress is the variety of themes or templates that are easily available. No other CMS (content management system like Joomla! or Drupal) even comes close to offering the variety and complexity of themes that WP has.
